Village Wrought Iron, Inc. has been family owned and operated for over 35 years. During that time, we have made major internal shifts to make sure our customers are given the best possible service as well as superior products.
We have worked to set a standard in wrought iron designs and reproduction pieces. We are current in mass production as well as special orders. Our flat black powder coating is baked on to ensure our customers will enjoy each piece for many years.

Our office hours are from 8:30 AM to 4:30 PM (EST) Monday through Thursday, Friday we close at Noon. Our customer service representatives are available to help you with any questions you may have. Please have you Customer ID ready (now your Business Telephone).

Online ordering is now easier than ever! If you have not done so already, just complete our Online Registration Form and you will receive an e-mail with your password.
Payment
Please Note: ALL DROPSHIP CUSTOMERS ARE CREDIT CARD ONLY. If you would like to establish Net 30 terms, please complete our online application, available here, and fax it to (866) 683-7756. Please note that applications take from 30 to 60 days for approval. If Net 30 terms have not been established, your order(s) can be shipped with use a Visa or MasterCard. Your account will not be charged until the order has shipped. All invoices over 31 days are considered past due and subject to finance charge of 1.5% per month and we will not ship any additional orders. All returned checks are subject to a $30 service fee.

All prices are wholesale in U.S. dollars. Prices are effective January 29th, 2010. Prices are subject to change without notice.

Returns and Shortages
No returned merchandise will be accepted without authorization. For return authorizations, please call our corporate office during normal business hours. Shortages and damage claims must be reported within 5 days of receipt of merchandise. A 20% restocking charge in addition to freight charges will be added on all refused orders.
